I think you're right about deleting those comments. I like the Viagra ones I get sometime. You should buy in Lexington...really, icestorms are very infrequent and can be enjoyed without long walks to coffee shops.
Seriously though, I'm not an expert in the NY market but I think we could evaluate your purchasing costs against what you'd gain as far as tax credits, interest deductions, et cetera.
